Deliveries and order tracking
At Baobab, all orders are shipped via our carriers (GLS, DPD and Chronopost) from Aubervilliers.
We always suggest to use the carrier with the lowest rates, unless you explicitly state your option. Your parcels leave our stores as soon as possible, depending of the quantity asked we would usually send the same business day and the usual delivery time is 2 working days in France and 5 working days in Europe.
If you would like to receive the tracking codes for your parcels, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation e-mail.
We will then send you the Track&Trace of your parcels.
