Refund Policy

At Baobab, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exceptions are product defects and order errors, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the products concerned by e-mail to bellablue@outlook.fr. We will then take all necessary steps to resolve the situation. After examination, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for the damaged / missing products or compensation in the form of a credit on your next purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a claim that does not comply with our guidelines or that is made after the specified period.

Moreover our policy does not cover products ordered in error by the customer or purchase regrets. We strongly encourage our customers to check their order before finalizing the purchase.
