At Baobab, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exceptions are product defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the products concerned by e-mail to bellablue@outlook.fr. We will then take all necessary steps to resolve the situation.
Any problem reported after this 48-hour period will not be taken into account.
